Welcome to our Harvest Series, whether you are receiving bags weekly or biweekly you will always receive fresh, seasonal, and sustainable ingredients and any accompaniments needed to prepare a high-end restaurant quality meal at home. You will also receive seasonal produce and salad greens to get you through the week. It’s a wonderful program for folks who like to cook, eat great meals, and for those interested in expanding their culinary knowledge. 

Each week you will receive a preview email containing information about the week's featured protein and  “theme”. You will also find information about any premium add-ons as well as carefully selected wine pairings for the week. Please expect to receive these emails every week, even on your “off” weeks. If the newsletter inspires FOMO (fear of missing out) on your off week, don’t despair - reach out and if we have availability we can add the box as a supplement to your subscription. If you do not see this email in your inbox by Thursday please check your spam folder or reach out to us at csa@hitchcockrestaurant.com. 

In addition to your CSA bag each week you will receive our newsletter via email and a printed copy included in your bag. In the newsletter we provide details about our local purveyors, new and interesting cuts of meat, seafood, and/or vegetables featured that week, and cooking techniques and tricks straight from Chef Brendan and the team!

Please let us know about any dietary restrictions you may have. We offer substitutions for vegetarians, pescatarians, dairy/gluten-free, and any food allergies. If you will be out of town or unavailable on your scheduled distribution week please consider swapping to the following week (for biweekly subscribers), requesting that we deliver to a friend, family member or neighbor, or asking us to donate your bag to Helpline House. We are happy to make adjustments or additions to any order as long as the request is submitted by 5 pm on the Friday before distribution. 

You will also receive invoices from us each week you are subscribed, these go out on Sunday mornings and will include your $100 CSA box subscription charge and any add-ons you’ve purchased like premium protein, wine, etc. We currently have everyone scheduled for auto invoicing based on their subscription schedule. 

Accuracy and excellent customer service are important to us. Please feel free to reach out if we make a mistake, you have a special request or to give feedback. We generally respond to all emails within 24-48 hours. If you do not receive a response or confirmation from us, please try again. New subscriber emails will occasionally get directed to our spam folder.

Bainbridge Island members, pick up is at Hitchcock Foods (7865 NE Day Road W #101, Bainbridge Island) on Sundays from 11am-2pm 

Seattle members, Timber City Brewery (8103 8th Ave S #105, Seattle, WA 98108) on Sundays from 12pm-3:00pm. Huge shoutout to our friends at Timber City; the pick up intersects with their Sunday Market, so you'll have access to the best ginger beer in town as well as lots of other goodies.

Poulsbo members, pick up is at Western Red Brewing (19168 Jensen Way NE, Poulsbo, WA 98370) from 12:30pm - 2:30pm.
